Welcome to our newest project

SUNSET TOWER

An exquisitely designed residential tower from the Shapir Group stretching to a height of 20 stories and is located in the heart of the Park HaYam residential quarter in Bat Yam, a short walk from the beach and a magnificent park, alongside places of fun entertainment, a neighborhood country club and a variety of brand-new shopping centers!

The Project's Architect:
"When we set out to design the SUNSET TOWER project, we saw an opportunity before us to create an architectural structure that redefines the residential living experience while utilizing the natural resources of its unique location. The design use of glass Curtain walls combined with aluminum the entire length of the building generates a spectacular reflection of the sun's rays entering the private residential space, bringing the outdoors into your home and thus creating a well-lit, warm and unique ambiance. The interior-exterior line of thought is also expressed in the apartments' design so that every day and, every moment, it will give you a feeling of freedom and a unique mood that emanates from the perfect harmony and merging of the building with its environment and proximity to the sea."
